Curling is a largely supported sport in our area, which brings together people of all ages. This year, one of our own and his team are taking "Norquay" nationally! 

The Provincial Fire Fighters Curling Bonspiel is held each year, with the winning team headed off to play in the National Bonspiel. Ken Newell (skip), who has been one of our petroleum drivers for over a decade, and his team, Evan Rostotski, Jason Lukey, and Jared Lukey put up quite the fight winning provincials and are off to play in the Nationals in Montague, Prince Edward Island! 

The Norquay Co-op, and several other businesses in the area are proud to sponsor these gentlemen in their trek for the National award. Good luck on the coast fellas!
